What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.If you need to cancel your booking, please contact DNR Transfer as soon as possible. We will be happy to cancel and refund your booking, provided we receive at least 24 hours’ notice.Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time may incur a partial or full charge, depending on the circumstances and vehicle allocation.If a booking is cancelled after the vehicle has been dispatched, a charge will apply based on the distance travelled and time spent by the allocated driver prior to the point of cancellation.
