This is the second time we have usedDNR transfer for a long journey ( Heathrow to Truro, Cornwall ). Again the driver was prompt, meet-up instructions were clear, we were able to have as many stops as required. This time the vehicle really affected our comfort. I appreciate that 8 people is the maximum that the vehicle can fit, however with 3 rows of front facing seats , the journey up was ok. For the return journey however the 2 rows of seats were facing each other- there was not enough leg room . It’s a real shame - I’d love to give a 5 * review but we were just too cramped.

Excellent driver. I thought he would meet me at the baggage exit with a sign since I had paid for a meet and greet. We found each other by texting but it took a few minutes.

Really a very good service, very friendly, patient and professional.

I ordered this service for a student group of 28 people, from Heathrow airport to Bournemouth and arriving in Bournemouth, they distributed each student in different addresses and houses, everything went very well.

From the beginning the communication was good, the day we arrived at the airport we communicated very well despite the fact that some of us did not speak English very well.

The vans are very clean and comfortable, also the drivers are very kind and cautious when driving. Thanks DNR.
