We were stranded by the Eurostar tunnel flooding over Christmas break - called DNR out of desperation and they located and sent a driver to us within a couple of hours. Our driver was very professional and knowledgeable about the best way to navigate a challenging journey. Communication from start to finish was superb.

Very positive experience using DNR transfer. Our flight was delayed by over 7 hours and they tracked our flight to ensure somebody was waiting for us on arrival. All communication was excellent.The driver was very professional and helpful (helped get some of our luggage from airport to the car etc). Mads was extremely helpful this morning by loading all our luggage, prompt and courteous.When we arrived back at Heathrow we were an hour late. Ali was waiting for us and escorted us to the correct level in the car park. He then loaded the luggage and was chatting with my son-in-law. DNR was absolutely incredible. We accidentally booked the wrong date for our pickup and upon arriving in London and not finding our driver waiting after a long transatlantic flight, you can imagine our stress levels. We were able to contact DNR quickly and they found a different driver to accommodate our group of 8 (and all the luggage that goes with getting ready for a cruise). We could not be happy with the level of service we received, the quick response in our moment of panic, and the overall price we paid as it was incredibly great service and a much better value than taking public transportation to our hotel.
